Can I bring my own parts?
Due to insurance reasons, no, we will not install customer supplied parts.
Can I wait while you look at my car?
We are a small shop, we have 3 technicians, while we are efficient at our work, typical wait times can be 3-4 hours, therefore dropping your vehicle off is preferred.
What is your last appointment for the day?
Our last appointment for the day is 3pm.
What warranty do you provide?
Our warranty follows the NAPA Auto Care Peace of Mind® Warranty which is a limited warranty offered on qualifying parts and labor, typically covering repairs for 24 months or 24,000 miles. It provides nationwide coverage for various automotive systems, including air conditioning, brakes, and engine systems, and is honored at over 14,000 NAPA Auto Care locations across North America.
We are a Digital Shop
The D & J's Automotive technicians use the latest technology to not only tell you if there are any issues with your vehicle, but show you. If we uncover an issue the photo will be e-mailed to you for your records. At the end of every visit you will receive a detailed report regarding the general health of your vehicle. Our #1 goal is to keep you safe on the road.
